What's the point ...
When my wife and I moved into our new townhome we were thrilled to be beginning our life together. This was going to be the home where we started our family. This was the typical starter home. In the years since we have learned our home was built on a former WWII bombing range, our builder left before the subdivision was finished leaving our developer in charge of the HOA and our home has decreased in value by more than 50%. The question for our family is what do we do now? This blog was established to chronicle the steps our family goes through as we try to determine our next step!
